Cancellation policy

Any cancellation of reservation must be communicated in writing. For cancellation conditions please refer to your booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 5 days before the date of arrival, no cost will be charged. For cancellations or changes beyond the aforementioned term, Mediation is always provided with the management of Aqua Resort if such cancellations are motivated by reasons of extreme necessity.
Aqua Resort reserves the right to credit the total amount due after the agreement following the need for cancellation.

No refund is due to the guest who decides to terminate the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire booked stay.

Each booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a binding contract both for those making the booking and for Aqua Resort. You can send a request for availability to the email address aquaholidayresort@yahoo.com and wait for our reply.
Alternatively, you can book online by following the instructions available on our website www.aquaresort.co.keFollowing the way of the request of availability, an offer (non-binding) with the booking methods will be sent to you.
In Anyway, the reservation is confirmed only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay. Moreover our management office will be in touch with you for further details and information. Same thing for bookings made without credit card or in any case without payment.
In this case, 5 days after booking our management office will be in touch with you for further details and information. The reservation becomes binding for Aqua Resort only after the receipt of the confirmation email.
At this point Aqua Resort will undertake to send the customer an e-mail of confirmation or a summary voucher to show at the time of check-in. Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our terms cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the aforementioned confirmation data and to communicate any anomaly as soon as possible. The communication must be received no later than 5 days after receipt our confirmation email . After this term we decline any responsibility for any inaccuracies.
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person including minors.
